We’re excited to announce that General Die Casters, Inc. has been selected as one of the Evolution of Manufacturing honorees for a second time!

Since 2006, the Smart Business Evolution of Manufacturing Conference & Awards has honored Northeast Ohio manufacturers for their ability to innovate, create and drive these processes resulting in a positive impact on their bottom line. 

This year, General Die Casters is being recognized for producing some of the most technically challenging aluminum castings available today with world-class quality. Being one of the first die casters to integrate plantwide process monitoring into our equipment, we’re able to automatically remove potentially defective castings from the process without involvement of a person.

The General Die Casters University was another reason for this year’s Evolution of Manufacturing award win. Educating and developing our workforce is one of our keys to success, which is why General Die Casters University, our internal education system, was established with classes specific to high-pressure die casting production and engineering, as well as precision CNC machining.

We were incredibly proud to receive this honor for a second time at the Evolution of Manufacturing Conference on February 23, 2023, at the Cuyahoga Community College Advanced Technology Training Center.
